Good morning friends! That alarm hurt this morning I must say – even after the most laziest home weekend where all we did was pack down on the couch and eat and drink and watch TV – heavenly! Here we are again at Monday, week two of term and time to hit that routine again. This week I’m going to try and get walking again (I only went once last week but did have a big day of physical work) eat well, not drink and focus on early bed time. I have lost my reading mojo which is a shame – I think I need to change books as the one I am currently reading does not have me reaching for it. In any case, I thought that the oven may get a workout for dinners with roasts! Who doesn’t love the ease of a roast that you can whack in and forget about. The smell of comfort as you walk in the kitchen – the leftovers – the one tray for all your cooking…there’s everything to love about them!
Here are some of my favourite roast recipes that you might like to take a look at this week:

I hope that you all have a productive week, that you carve out some time for yourself and of course that you get to eat some delicious food! Enjoy x
