Good morning friends, hope you are doing OK this Monday morning as we start off another week in this strange new time we live in. I thought I would share some of my pasta recipes this morning as chances are, you have the odd packet sitting in your cupboard, or maybe you haven’t been able to get any because stupid bastards have been hoarding the lot. Doesn’t it make you cranky thinking of the shite dinners they would be cooking with those extra packets of pasta? Or is that just me.
Whether you have dried or you can make your own, pasta is great to bulk up as a meal when you don’t have much else. Turn it into a bake – and comfort with cheese when you are feeling stressed. Hope you fin something here for this week ahead:

Hope that your week ahead is looking ok – we are back into week two of school from home, I have lots of work with the shop to do as well as wrangling the family. Daisy is breaking up from school a week early and I hope that the others follow suit too – it’s been a huge adjustment for us all and I would love a little of the pressure to come off us for a while.
Stay well, stay safe, stay sane and try to keep your cool about you this week. These are really hard times so go easy on yourself, lots of love from me x
YUM! I craved your sausage pasta for weeks. So delish and have also tried the one for salmon. Guilt gnocchi next!
You will not be disappointed by that gnocchi so easy and yum
Hi Beth
Thank you for all the posts… they are a lovely little escape! And a reminder that we are all in this together and doing the best we can.
One thing I have found a saviour for the kids is getting the old totem tennis out of the shed… everyone likes to give it a good THWACK between home schooling lessons… including me!
Take care x
Oh perfect!
We have been using the lasagne sheets from the fridge section (don’t know what they’re called) and then cutting them into strips. Pretty good!
Oh that’s a good idea. I also saw Jamie Oliver make some pasta this week somewhere with just plain flour and water
