Monday Meal Ideas: Getting soup back on the menu

We have had some RAIN. Not just drizzle you guys, but glorious, drenching rain…in fact a whole day of it yesterday that filled up our rain gauge until it was overflowing. What a gift! You can hear the farmers squealing for joy around these parts. The cooler weather has me thinking of soup again…and after two bog nights this weekend I need to treat my body to some goodness and I reckon soup is a great way to get a lot of veggies in (especially chicken noodle soup which you can pack with garlic and ginger). Here are some of my favourites:

How’s your week had looking? We have the end of term in sight (even though it’s 3 weeks away) but after a looooong term getting used to Highschool and preschool I am calling it, it’s in sight! Until then, more busy times at home and work. Can’t wait to share with you guys some of what we got up to on the weekend….a fabulous party!
