Monday meal ideas: super quick cooking

We’ve got another busy week ahead of us. Rob and I were drinking our coffee this morning in the kitchen, ready to tackle the girls breakfast and school lunches in disbelief that it’s September next week! Dead set, where does the time go? It’s been a busy year for us thats for sure. And in 3 weeks time we will be waking up on our Monday morning in Rome. ROME!

In honour of time slipping away here are some recipes that will take you less than 15 minutes from start to table because we need all the time we can get right?

Tuna, caper & olive pasta
Mushrooms on toast
Zucchini fritters
Wonton soup

I hope you guys have a good week. I’m test driving a new car this week for a series of posts coming up which is always exciting, we’ve got book week (read costume scramble), hoping to record an Over the Back Fence podcast and everything in between (school, hockey, ballet, baby). Hope you all have a great one, with time to smell the spring flowers which are just around the corner x
