While it’s going to be a balmy and sunny day today, we have some cold and wet weather on its way to us this week which means it’s no better time to get a big pot of soup on. I love starting the week off with a big batch and then slowly making my way through it for lunch and dinner with different toppers or additions every time so I don’t completely lose interest in the whole thing. How is your week ahead looking? I’m sure we will be busy in the shop for the next few days as we send off the last of the Mother’s Day orders for you all and then lots of sport etc. It’s Mum’s birthday on Thursday and we have Mother’s Day next weekend with a trip to Sydney. Whatever it is you are up to I hope the week is kind to you all. I have a serious date with my washing machine as I try and get as much as I can dried while the sun shines!
