As I shared with you guys last week, I have been trying to get some more seafood onto our table doing the week – helping all those growing brains with some good oils and of course because I love it! Thought you might like to see some of the other ways we eat it at our place..

Fish burgers with dill mayo
Salt & pepper squid
Tuna, caper, olive & tomato pasta
Curry fish salmon in a bag
And some others…
CHILLI PRAWN LINGUINE
ONE POT SALMON ROAST
SMOKED SALMON PASTA
TUNA WITH CHIMICHURRI & CHIPS
MUSSELS WITH HOME MADE CHIPS (MOULES FRITES)
SMOKED SALMON STACKS
WHOLE SALMON COOKED IN SALT
MOROCCAN SPICED SALMON
Hope you have a great week ahead – we are STILL trying to get into our groove and there just seems SO Much going on with the kids. I think by the end of this week we should be getting into the swing of it. We also have a BIG week of birthdays in our household: Rob’s today! And then Maggie’s on Thursday! It’s going to be busy and lovely…Maggie is certainly looking forward to it FINALLY being here. 4 you guys, FOUR. I’m not crying, you are.
Until then, have a good one friends x
Thank you, I’m so going to make your Moroccan Spiced Salmon this week. And in case you’re wondering if anyone follows your easy, delicious and family friendly recipes…I started making your sausage pasta years ago and it was such a hit that my husband stole the recipe from me and he makes it regularly so I never have to. I’d call that a big win all round. Also, why are we both awake? 😂
Thanks Maria!
Thank you for your recipes Beth. I make Anne almost fortnightly. My family loves the sausage pasta, chorizo chicken, date loaf, sunshine rice, roast chook inspo and other ones I can’t think of now!
Awesome!
