I think your body knows what you need at any given time: water, sugar, prosecco and right now it’s telling me one thing: GREENS. Vegetables. And lots of it. So while I have a VERY busy week ahead, I’m going to try my best to get moving, get some water (and Prosecco into me) and plenty of green stuff. Here’s some winners that I enjoy:

Boy do I have a week ahead of me! Today I am heading down to Melbourne for a quick 24 hour visit, then Thursday it’s back to Sydney for the Mum Society Brunch I’m speaking at, and then on Saturday my first At the Kitchen Bench event down here. I feel excited and nervous and exhausted and it hasn’t even begun!
