One thing I loved last week was taking the time to make some lunches for Rob and I that weren’t sandwiches. Sure they take a little more time to prepare, but they do nourish and fill you so much more than the scraps of your kids lunch which is usually what happens.
Here are some of my favourites that will no doubt get a run this week too.
CHILLI TUNA DIP WITH DUKKAH
ZUCCHINI FRITTERS
MUSHROOMS ON TOAST
WONTON NOODLE SOUP
And of course you just can’t beat soup…especially as the weather starts to cool down!
ROASTED PUMPKIN SOUP
TOMATO & RISONI SOUP WITH PESTO
VEGETABLE SOUP
Hope you all have a great week ahead – I am excited for a mid week visit to Brisbane to catch up with the girls from Paging Fun Mums and of course will get a chance to see Nikki at the same time. In between there’s lots of work, school and life. Hope I can stay motivated on the health front after a great week. Have a good one friends x
I moved house last week. This easy and delicious chickpea pasta saved my life. Try it you won’t regret it promise. 😉
