Monday meal ideas: Light & warm spring food

I’m not quite sure what day or time or where I am but apparently it’s Monday? And here we are at the start of a new week?! Sheesh what an adventure I had on the weekend in NZ….still spinning from all that learning and beauty! Of course after being so focused on eating well and getting back into the zone I managed to blow the lot eating and drinking out and about. Time to refocus again!

How’s your week ahead looking? I am going to be head down, bum up with lots of work and kids getting back into their school routine. Hope I can get some walks in and get my head back into the right space with my eating. Hope it’s a good one for you too friends!
