Monday Meal Ideas: Adding seafood to the table

I do love a good piece of fish, or prawns, but I rarely seem to make it for our nightly meals. I can get everyone to eat them (except the VERY picky teen) so I really have no excuse…but let’s blame lockdown for a complete lack of motivation for anything other than the bare necessities. But looking at all these I can’t help but think it’s time to get some on the table this week. Here are some ideas for the week ahead if you are keen to get some onto your table too.

FISH BURGERS WITH DILL MAYO
SALT & PEPPER SQUID
TUNA, CAPER, OLIVE & TOMATO PASTA
CURRY FISH SALMON IN A BAG

And some more:

CHILLI PRAWN LINGUINE
ONE POT SALMON ROAST
SMOKED SALMON PASTA
TUNA WITH CHIMICHURRI & CHIPS
MUSSELS WITH HOME MADE CHIPS (MOULES FRITES)
SMOKED SALMON STACKS
WHOLE SALMON COOKED IN SALT
MOROCCAN SPICED SALMON

Hope that you guys can get through the last week of term ok….it seems like a tough ask for so many though. Can’t wait to get through the home schooling…to do the exact same thing but without home schooling! At least the pressure will be off a little bit. Whatever the week brings you, I hope you get through it all ok xx
