Two months today until I fly out to London for the exciting #babymacsroyaladventure which has put just the rocket under my ample arse…time to get focused and get healthy and exercising and feeling a bit better generally. I do love a holiday goal to help with the focus and this one is certainly doing all that.
For me, it’s best to get moving and stop shovelling bread down with gay abandon. I need to lay off the booze and get into as many veggies and salads as I can. These delicious ones will do the trick!

How’s your week ahead looking? We are up early this morning for Daisy who is heading on the bus up to Sydney, then it’s full steam into the week with everything that comes with that. Hope that you have a great one filled with peace at work and home, good sleep, good food choices and every bit of exercise you planned on doing.
