2017 BabyMac events: At the kitchen bench

After the great time had at 10 year Blogging long lunch last year (as well as lots of requests from people that missed out) I really wanted to try and get a few more events up and running again this year so it gives me a chance to meet more of YOU guys. While I have plans to head interstate and regional later in the year, I wanted to start out with something locally which hopefully gives you a chance to come and visit our special corner of the world and give you an excuse for a weekend away with friends!

There’s no place I’d rather be than behind a kitchen bench prepping food, sipping on Prosecco and having a natter with people, and so my first 2 events for the year were born!

In these relaxed Saturday afternoon gatherings (30 people) at the gorgeous kitchen at Wombat Hollow in Kangaloon, we will do exactly that.

“An intimate and engaging forum with Beth featuring some of her best moments from the blog. Enjoy watching Beth cook some of her all-time favourite recipes whilst she chats through the experiences and highlights of being a blogger, mum and online companion. Set in one of the most unique and picturesque venues in the Southern Highlands at Wombat Hollow.”

With the fire roaring and a glass of bubbles in hand you guys can sit around and watch me natter with our host who will help us look at some of the best bits of my story and blog whilst I cook away (I’ll be happy because I will be feeding you!) for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. To start with, I am opening up two dates in May.

So what are the details?

Session 1: Saturday 6th May 1.00pm-4.00pm
Session 2: Saturday 20th May 1.00pm-4.00pm
Wombat Hollow
300 Kirkland Road East Kangaloon NSW 2576

Tickets to go on sale from Friday 10th March.

If you are planning to make a weekend away of it with some friends here are some accommodation locations you could look at:

I really hope that this gives you guys enough time to plan and make it to one of these smaller gatherings. As I said, I want to try and get to Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane later in the year too, but for now, let’s start in my own backyard!

I’ll be back on Friday with a post with the link to ticket sales. Hope to see some of you in person soon! Be warned: I swear quite a lot in person. Just ask my Mum.
