You know when you have been a little, shall we say, indulgent, and you start off a new week treating your body like a temple with the best intentions, green smoothies, exercise and vows of water only all week? Sounds like me this week after a long girls weekend at the beach filled with hot chips and potato scallops, cheese platters, chocolate and endless booze. This week I need to dry out, freshen up and be the good, healthy person I can be at least 3 weeks a year. Here are some salad ideas that will be trotted out for lunch and dinner this week.

How’s your week ahead looking? Well obvs I am going to be heathy and eat clean and be very smug about that all week, Rob is heading away for work for the first time ALL YEAR so I have a few days without him, and we have normal life ticking away. It’s going to be hot and sunny and my washing pile is glad I am home. Hope that you all have a good week friends, stay hydrated, stay focused on your goals, get to bed early and be grateful for good friends. Hope you all have a good one x
