We had some delicious lamb shanks over the weekend (cooked by Rob) and I was reminded of all the new season produce that is available and so good right now. Thought I would share some ways you might be able to utilise the lovely lamb on your table this week. Here are some of my favourite ways to bring lamb onto our table.

How is your week ahead looking? We have one more week of school to get through before we have a little two week break. Somehow it will be a year since we were in New Zealand for our wonderful holiday…a strange thing to think this was last year when it seems like 5 mins ago, and yet also like 67 years ago as so much has happened (and not all great) since then. So we will get through this week, celebrate the holidays and try and enjoy a slower pace as take a breath before the craziness of the end of the year. Or will it be this year? Who knows?
