Festive season Fas-hun

I had a bit of fun last week with the girls from Arlington Milne who came down with handful of clothes perfect for the party season ahead for me to share with you guys. You will know that I am huge fan of this great Australian brand for the past few years (remember our giveaway back in 2016) and have become friends with Lou who owns the brand (and sister brand Elms & King) since we opened our store and have been stocking their gorgeous bags, accessories and clothes.

Lou organised our trip to support our rural stores out in regional NSW last year (you can check that out in this post and this post) and has been the most generous business mentor and support to Lucy and I since we opened the shop. She is so smart and savvy – a business woman and designer, retail owner (they own The Hunted in Lane Cove & Cammeray) and just an all round legend.

I have been wearing their clothes for a few years now as well – they are high end but the quality and the prints and make of them is top notch. Every single time I wear one of their shirts or dresses I get SO many comnpliments. They last and last and I love them.

We wanted to show you guys some of what they have on offer for the festive season ahead – think drink parties, Christmas parties, Christmas Day and New Years Eve that is ahead…there is something there for everyone. AND! We have a special discount for BabyMac readers too (enter code babymac15) to get 15% off your order! YES MATE.

Here are some of the faves that we pulled together that you might like…

1. Bettina Dress in Bloom with Elms & King striped belt (coming soon to Add to Cart)

I have this gorgeous print in a long sleeve shirt which I adore. It goes with so many different things – dressed up or down with jeans or a skirt. How gorge is this style dress? Love it with a contrasted belt so much! We have these belts coming to the shop soon too.

2. Naomi Cami in bloom print (with Bohemian Traders jeans).

These camis are so flattering – the ruffle hides big knockers like mine and then cut of the top means that you can wear a bra with it. They have adjustable straps too (and the cut also means that those fat rolls you can get right at your arm crease are hidden). Dressed up or down they are a winner.

3. Naomi Cami Sequins (wearing with skirt I bought from Lola Australia)

I mean have you EVER? Have you EVER? This is the same great cami cut as above but in SEQUINS. Does this scream Christmas party or New Years eve any more? There’s also a matching skirt (soz it’s sold out) you can get with it. You may have seen it on Mia Freedman’s Insta recently. This is the best colour combo (how is the navy straps) against those golds. I say YES. Many thanks. I will take it.

You can also wear it with jeans. I’m not sure what I am doing here – perhaps lamenting over the state of my home made pedicure.

4. Alessandra Cami in sage green with Elms & King belt

I have worn this style of top last summer and love the style. So flattering and great for big knockers like mine. They have this available in some great prints (love that you can wear a bra with them).

5. Naomi Cami in red with Elms & King belt and Driver pants from Brigid McLaughlin

I bloody love this combo so much – felt $2 million bucks in it TBH. Again the cami is in the same style as the others but in a beautiful silk cotton and these pants are a cracker. Beautiful thick linen with elastic at the back – they are comfy and tailored at the same time. I borrowed these from Lou but think that I need to steal them from her. I might pull together something like this for Christmas Day as I just felt like a Christmas cracker in it…so fun! I wish that I could stop talking when I am meant to be posing for a photo. It’s just never going to happen though.

6. Verona Jacket in White vivid bloom with Bohemian Trader jeans

The cut on this BLAZER is everything! You would have also seen it on Mia Freedman’s outfit posts on IGTV there is a split on the arms that is amazing. It’s flat and tailored and in such a gorgeous print. Gorge! We have this cute bag coming to Add to Cart soon too – it comes with cute coloured straps.

7. Bowie blouse in Astar stripe with Lola skirt

Another beautiful fun festive stripe which had me feeling like a Christmas cracker. I LOVE the cut of this style blouse (I have it in the the bloom print which you would have seen on Insta) it just feels So beautiful on. The unusual sleeves with the tie bows and the flattering v neck in that gorgeous linen. It’s everything.

I am in a size XL in pretty much everything and I am a size 14-16 probs more on the size 16 right now. Soz about these photos with me looking down in all of them they were done VERY quickly and I spent more time than I should have talking which meant that we didn’t get great shots – hope you get the idea though! This post is not sponsored (I wasn’t paid and all these clothes belong to the girls I just wanted to share the goodness with you all!)

I really love these clothes so much – the print, the cut and styles of them all and the quality of the labels. They are BEAUTIFUL and I always feel sophisticated when I am wearing this. I love that they are designed in Australia by a family business – great people and great products!

Remember that you can get 15% off your order by entering the code babymac15 at check out. So many great styles for the party season ahead.
