At the Kitchen Bench with BabyMac: A SPRING FLING!

Well, well what do we have ‘ere? You know what? It’s another one of these fabulous events!

And while it is indeed again down here in the Highlands, and not on the road, or in your capital city, it’s time for me to get behind that bench again and what better time than in the glorious Southern Highlands spring!

I am currently working on getting sponsorship to get these on the road. As you can imagine, the cost to take this format is quite something (there’s a team of people who help me….about 4 people who help me with food prep and serving, cleaning etc). There’s finding a great location, making sure that’s not too much and then getting all our supplies in. There’s a full day of cooking prep the days before PLUS there’s having to leave families behind to do it PLUS try and pay for your time. It’s TOUGH. But I am doing my best to try and convince some companies that it would be a really good idea and to give me the money to do so…believe me I am trying!

So while we wait for that, I wanted to still give you guys an opportunity to come down and explore our glorious Highlands area and give you the perfect excuse for a girl’s/couple weekend away and then come and enjoy an afternoon with ME!

So what’s the details of this one?

It’s a little variation on the original format we enjoyed in May…but added in with extra time PLUS a sit down lunch afterwards for us to relax and enjoy the spring surrounds at Wombat Hollow.

Saturday 16th September 2017
11.30am – 4.30pm
Wombat Hollow
300 Kirkland Road East Kangaloon NSW 2576

We will start the afternoon off with Prosecco and canapés with time to chat and mingle. Then we will sit down and watch some demonstrations of the canapés and blog favourites, listen to me share some of my story and highlights of the blog over the past 11 years and then sit down to a long lunch of some great Spring treats, a glass or three of bubbles rounding out with coffee, tea and date loaf and Anne (of course!).
