Yesterday afternoon we all headed just 30km’s away to Korcula for a day trip with our big group (the Griswalds eat your heart out). The weather was a little dark and stormy before clearing up for the most beautiful afternoon. It’s so funny in a big group but just so wonderful too – there’s always someone to chat to, walk with, play with, have a laugh and drink with.
Henrich our tour guide (aka the birthday boy) took us on a wonderful guided tour. Dead set have you EVER?
We had to find cover under terrace while the storm passed before heading out to lunch – just Rob and I in fact – while the others took our girls. Of course we ordered a meat platter for two which was DELICIOUS.
Then we met back up and made our way back home into the afternoon sunshine (with new jelly sandals of course).
You are getting browner each post! Got to love a Mediterranean summer!
Perfect xo
Beth! These images are getting more spectacular by the day. The one of the lane smothered in flowers with the washing strung across was amazing. Keep snapping!
Thank you!
Just stunning! It looks like a wonderful place and is now on my must see list.
Feeling pretty darn nostalgic looking at your pics. You’re visiting every place I visited 8 years ago, only I was kid free and traveling with my love. We lived in Scotland for 2½ years and took mini trips as often as we could (Croatia a big fave). Nice to revisit through your stories and photos though 🙂 thank you!
Those kids!!!!!! You just want to SQUEEZE them, they’re so darn adorable.
And now I want to see Croatia too. So many places; so little time.
It looks like a picture postcard!
So so wonderful xx
gorgeous photos! In 20 years time you will think of this trip ALL the time x
Like the most beautiful postcards only better – that photo of all the little girls holding hands is totally meltworthy and you two lovebirds look so happy and relaxed xx
You, Rob and the girls are soooo lucky to be experiencing such a wonderful family holiday. I just a little jealous, but, loving the pics!
Take. Me. There. Now. Please!
