Good morning friends! How are you? Well here we are on the last day in November, staring down the barrel of those last crazy weeks of the school year and the lead up to Christmas. Our tree is up, the lights are sparkling and the snell of fresh pine is in the air…there’s nothing like it! This year I am focusing on the magic of Christmas – of being together and enjoying all THAT as opposed to the stress of the rest. This year has taught us that at least hasn’t it?
Thought I would share some batch baking recipes this week which can help to fill lunchboxes or freezers and then can be pulled out and used when things are really busy. Of course do as I say, not as I do as I would rarely get the time to be this organised. But if I could…this is what I would be doing!
Soft bread rolls
Mini quiches
The BEST cafe style blueberry muffins
Jam drop biscuits
How is your week ahead looking friends? We have been flat out all weekend with a very busy Black Friday and giveaway. We are doing our best to get all your Christmas shopping wrapped and sent to you and so far (fingers crossed) Aus Post have been pretty good. But we say get shopping now…while we can get it to you. We have a pop up in Milton on the South Coast on Friday which should also be great fun and a head of school stuff in between. Whatever it is you are doing – stay cool and calm and enjoy it! x
