I am struggling with how fast the weeks are going at the moment. One minute it’s Monday, then Friday and then 23 seconds later, Sunday night. I need to try and find some extra time somewhere, anyone got any tips? Besides waking up at 5am that is?

Nice one! My kids adore wontons and would you believe I just picked some up at the supermarket this morning. That will be an easy dinner one night this week. I’ll throw in some brocollini or chinese cabbage at the end too..

With the husband leaving at 5am and not getting home until after 11pm most nights, I am definitely looking for super quick dinner ideas to make it through witching hour with the three crazy boys!
