Is there anything better than just one pan when washing up after dinner? They are my favourite and my best dinners…I love the way you start with one thing and add to them as the meal cooks. Just chuck on top and the flavours, the depth of them – the colours and the all over roasted goodness that comes from the oven makes for a happy family and happy me for cleaning up. How is your week ahead looking? After a busy social one last week (two birthdays and mothers day) I am looking forward to some down time.
