Monday Meal Ideas: Bring a plate

Oh we have hit the home stretch now friends haven’t we? It’s madness time around here and I know that we are not alone in this! We have concerts and events most nights this week, we have assemblies and drinks and catch up with friends. It’s crazy but SO good – I do love this time of year although it is exhausting.

Thought I would share some of my best “bring a plate” options for the week ahead as I’m sure you will have to do a little of the same over the next few weeks. These are quick and simple but high impact and delicious – what more could you ask for?

Haloumi and Chorizo bites (from a larger post on how to host a ladies lunch)
3 BRUSCHETTA TOPPINGS
CHILLI TUNA DIP TOPPED WITH DUKKAH
5 VEGETARIAN CANAPE OPTIONS (PICTURED ARE GOATS CHEESE AND THYME FILO TARTS)
How to make a festive platter

How’s your week had looking? We have Daisy’s year 6 graduation dinner and disco tonight, then Rob is away for most of the week – lots of deadlines and of course a VERY busy shop. It’s pretty crazy and I am feeling a bit nerfous about getting through it all, but we know I will. We always do! Hope you have a great one friends, stay cool and sane x

  1. Thanks Beth for rounding up some delicious and doable dishes. I was at a women’s pre-Christmas gathering earlier today of the bring a plate variety and there were a few too many sweet things and not quite enough savoury dishes so your suggestions are very timely and most welcome. You really are very good to us 💫.

  2. i love your food ideas thanks beth
