How often do you cook meat free if you are not normally vego? I must admit that I don’t do it that often, but try and sneak it in when I can. These dishes of mine are absolute crackers because they taste and look SO good that no would even realise they are “missing” out on anything. The veggies or salads are the stars in my opinion…hope they help you this week get some inspiration for meat free meals.
Roasted hassleback pumpkin
Pea & Mint Salad
Corn Fritters
Spinach and anything green triangles
Hope that you had a great weekend and are ready to tackle another week ahead. We have swimming carnivals, Rob away for work, lots of work for me and then, you know, life and school and STUFF. Hope that you all have a good one friends….x
The hasselback pumpkin is on regular rotation here since you lasted posted it. We looooove it.
It’s a cracker I agree!
Thanks for an inspiration I’m going to try triangles tomorrow!
Enjoy!
