I’m liking that I got two emails yesterday from children of WWI survivors, 79 and 84 years old, thanking me for telling their parents’ stories in our local newspaper. I felt honoured to be sharing their family’s history!

WE are having a joint birthday cake day- no party- for my boy who was two this week & my lady who is one next week. They get big SO quick! We are having a bonfire & I’m slow cooking a leg of lamb & I just know it’ll be a really nice weekend.
