I finally got that pie. To be quite specific, cheap, cold, apricot pie.
Had a hankering Tuesday night, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Problem was, it wasn’t nearly as good as I thought it was going to be.
Sheesh.

Why can’t I crave green smoothies?!!
When I was pregnant with my 1st…many moons ago, I had a craving for Wagon Wheels…..made my then partner walk the streets of Bondi to find me some…..took a bite and looked at him and casually said….”that’s not what I wanted”…..he was not a happy camper, hence ex-partner!!!! When pregnant you have to have what you have to have…..
And it HAS to be right. And it rarely is. Much like my emotions/moods!

Oh gosh the cravings! I wanted cheesecake and when I got it it didn’t taste like I imagined either! Has the morning sickness subsided yet? X

My mother in law made apricot crumble last week with apricots from my cousin’s tree. Served with some vanilla ice cream, it was tart, sweet and creamy all at once. Delish!
