- 125 grams butter
- 1 handful parsley finely chopped
- 1 handful chives finely chopped
- 1 handful tarrogan finely chopped
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- salt & pepper
