Monday meal ideas: Easter Everything!

Um, so it’s Easter this week? Huh? With the trip and arriving home and jet lag and everything in between I am trying to get my head around the fact that it’s Easter THIS weekend AND that it’s School holidays. For the next 2 and a half weeks. Huh?

My key word for the past few days has been discombobulated. Trying to process what we have just been through. Tying to remember how to be a Mum. Trying to restore order and get back into the swing of it all and make the girls feel comfortable and normal all while dealing with jet lag and exhaustion and a full on family weekend with visitors.
