I love our camera. It’s a Canon EOS 500D (and no, this is not a sponsored post by Canon). I love it because it makes me look like a far superior photographer to the one I really am. I point, shoot and then get photos that are not half bad…well I think so at least.
Sometimes the planets align. The light is just so. The kid looks at the camera at the right time. A single moment that takes you right into the middle of an exact holiday, memory, time is captured. And you have it. Bam!
I’m going to miss this holiday. These moments. This time.

That is a brilliant photo and at least you’ll have the photos to remember your holiday by. I have to say I’ve always thought your photos are beautiful so maybe it’s a good camera, but you must have a great eye to!
What a precious photo! It is lovely when you manage a great one with kids – not easy.
Using my ‘real’ camera makes such a huge difference to the quality of my pics (but it doesn’t fit into my handbag!).
Those eyes are to die for btw!! so sweet 🙂
