5 years

5 years ago today:

I stood in front of all the people in this world who matter most to me.
I looked fabulous.
I was far skinnier than I am today.
I stood in the sunshine of the most perfect autumnal afternoon.
I made promises that I will keep to the day I die.
I became one of the luckiest ladies in the world.
I married a good man.
A kind man.
A loving man.
A gentle man.
A patient man.
A funny man.
A smart man.
Not one day goes by when I do not think how lucky am I? Not one. So I will say it again, today, this special day. How lucky am I?
Happy Anniversary Rob!
And yes, that is our wedding invitation (excuse the bad photo taken from our wedding album). It was extra funny because I had proposed to Rob after only 4 months of being together. What can I say, when I find something I like I run with it! I am sure there were a few people at the time who thought “what the hell are they doing?!” I say to you: HA! Just look at us now suckers! Not really, that just sounded funny.
