The Throne Rangers: A Podcast for Royal Enthusiasts {Ep 5}

I can only start off by apologising for the radio silence on the old poddy for the past MONTH…how did that happen? Oh that’s right, Stacey was in Fiji and then I went to the UK, then I got sick and blah blah blah shut up already and where’s the ep?

Oh righto!

This episode is JAM PACKED with a month’s worth of goodness and what a month it has been. There was a baby…and then I went to the UK for the wedding of the year! Look!

  1. Loved your podcast today! It got me through my long walk. What an amazing time you had, so glad you shared it with us so we can live vicariously πŸ™ŒπŸ»

  2. Ok girls, finally got to listen to latest Throne Rangers today…waited until I had no kids at home for uninterrupted listening πŸ™ŒπŸ» LOVED IT *in singing voice*. None of my girlfriends are as into the Royals as I am, so I just pretended I was there chatting to you both about the wedding 😁 BETH!! Trip sounds like it was FABULOUS so glad you got so much joy from it…and so did we through your sharing.

    Right, some thoughts. I’m home alone but shouted “YES”!! When you voted Amal Clooney best dressed…my absolute fav of the day. Also really liked Sarah Rafferty’s dress (Donna from Suits). Dress was great, but how she wore it was even better. So confident and happy, she owned it πŸ™ŒπŸ» Kinda opposite to Posh’s vibe πŸ˜‰

    Beth, when you said that Bishop Michael Curry had “gone rogue” I laughed out loud, as that was our comment on the night (watching at home with a bunch of friends, delicious food and wine in hand). Loved watching all the Royals try to keep it together while he finished. I do agree that he had a great message, and also said on the night he’s got 2 billion or so in the palm of his hand, why wouldn’t you?!

    I too, was a bit worried about our Phil, when he turned up looking like he was at deaths door, poor fella. He is 96? though so doing alright really 😊

    I was kinda annoyed, I must admit, about the piece of Meg’s hair that was coming out on the side and there were a few cries of “surely someone had some bobby pins for crying out loud”.

    My six year old daughter kept asking “when are they going to kiss??” So we were very pleased to see the kiss in front of the magical flower wall at the end.

    I loved Meg’s hand on her heart and little slump forward after the carriage ride out of the crowds. I didn’t notice the words out of her mouth but saw it more as a “phew!!! Thank goodness we got through that!!” Thought it was gorgeous

    I was watching along on the night thinking “Beth is there! She’s really there in that crowd!” Loved the whole thing. And that’s all I have to say about that πŸ˜‚πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜
