A girl, her dog, some roses

On a warm and sunny Tuesday afternoon I caught Mags outside hanging with Frank, twirling her dress, pulling roses off the climbing iceberg, doing all the things that 2 and a half year olds like to do.

I love that she makes me stop.

I love how photography makes you stop. Pay attention to the light. Capture a fleeting moment.

I love watching her with her best friend. She thinks she’s part Schnoodle.

I reckon we could all take a leaf out of her book. If it feels good, do it.

What are you doing this Thursday that makes you feel good?
I’m off to Mum’s again this morning, because it made me feel so good last week.

  2. What beautiful photographs Beth. Thank you for sharing them here.

Today on the way to work, I decided to be upbeat and have a good day, and it worked. Could have been helped along by the sunshine and the Madonna track on the radio as I drove.

I’m off to get my hair cut in a little bit, super short I think, summer’s coming!

  3. Beautiful images Beth. This is the time of year in the Highlands that makes me just ever so slightly homesick! The hydrangeas, the warm early mornings, the smells as the day heats up. Enjoy!

  4. A little girl and her dog. I love seeing these 2 together. What beautiful memories and Maggie and her twirling dresses just adorable. Stop growing Maggie, even if just for a little while.x
