Monday meal ideas: SOUP

So it appears that Autumn was entirely skipped for lots of you (as you know we got a good show down here) but this morning was very wintery indeed. Frost, minus temps and now a gloriously sunny #maintenancemonday for me with the world’s biggest washing pile (thanks to new flanno sheets on everyone’s beds).

So now it’s cold you know what that means? SOUP weather! I made a quick batch for one on the weekend and devoured it for lunch and dinner. That’s what I love most about soup…it lasts and lasts and lasts. Here’s a few of my favourites that I love to whip up…hope you do too!

PicMonkey-Collage

Pumpkin & ginger soup
Bottom of the veggie crisper soup
Chicken noodle soup
Tomato & risoni soup
Bert’s wonton soup
Roasted pumpkin soup
Zucchini & parmesan soup
Mushroom, spinach & pea soup

Hope you guys all have a lovely Monday ahead of you…I’m running around like a crazy woman chasing my tail and a 12 month old…busy times!
